I've told you almost ev'ry bedtime stor
Andyou've heard almost ev'ry nurseryrhym
So, tonight before you go to slee
And pray the Lord your soul to kee
Here's mommy's favorite story one more time
Once upon a time there was a castl
And in this castle lived a King and Quee
And it came to pass, they were both were blesse
By one little blue-eyed princes
With the softest golden curls you've ever seen
But then one day, he met this pretty lad
And she had lots of pretty words to sa
And this part makes your mommy sa
'Cause,oh, what big eyes she ha
And she took his hand and led him far awa
Still, it's just another bedtime stor
But tellin' it brings teardrops to my eye
Just another pretty bedtime stor
So, please forgivemommy if she cries
Then it came to pass, the King grew lonel
And the pretty lady wasn't all she seeme
He realized that he was wron
And started his longjourney hom
For he misses little Princess and hisQueen
Then he was back and safe inside his castl
And tears of joy came pourin' down like rai
Then the castle rang with laughte
They lived happy ever afte
Knowin' he would never leave again
Still, it's just another bedtime stor
But tellin' it brings teardrops to my eye

So, please forgive mommy if she cries
